SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Packages are generally dispatched the day after receipt of payment and shipped via PostNL. Delivery takes 2-3 working days in The Netherlands & up to 10 working days within Europe.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Please note that we may not be able to ship to certain countries. If this is the case, we will contact you to make other arrangements. Please make sure to leave your contact details!
If you wish to return your purchase, please return it to FEE – The Ages within 14 days of purchase. We can only accept return in perfect condition; unworn and with all original tags attached to the garment. If there are any marks of wear, please note that we cannot accept the returned item and we will not be able to refund the purchase. Please include a note with your name and order ID# in your return package.

Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense.
Refunds for returned items will be made within 14 days of the return of the product.
Items lost in transportation will not be compensated.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notice of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund after our notification, please check your bank account again.
Otherwise contract your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
